What is C.S.R. Program ?

The Corporate Sponsorship Rewards Program (C.S.R. Program) offers an opportunity for students to continue their education at the tertiary level. The university tuition fees will be fully sponsored by the company. After enrolment, students can choose Diploma or Degree courses offered by Wawasan University Malaysia, Open University Malaysia, Lincoln University Malaysia, Genovasi University College, Portman College and other future university partners.

Throughout their studies via C.S.R. Program, students will work full time with sponsor companies, receiving a monthly basic salary as well as EPF, SOCSO, EIS etc, in accordance with Malaysian Labour Laws. Salary increments will be awarded based on student work and study performance. Moreover, career advancement will be granted according to student work performance too.

  • Can students choose which sponsor they will conduct their Job Placement with?
    Yes, they can inform J&W of their preference. However, their placement will depend on the availability of positions at the selected sponsor’s location and/or J&W’s recommendations.
  • Where are the locations for Job Placement?
    The locations will depend on the sponsors. Generally, Job Placement locations will be throughout Malaysia.
  • How long is the Job Placement period?
    Throughout the study duration of the courses enrolled. For eg. If the study duration for diploma is 3 years the job placement will also be three years.
  • What documents are required for registration purposes?
    • Copy of the student’s Identification Card (NRIC) • Copy of the parents’ or guardian’s Identification Card (NRIC) • Five (5) passport-sized photographs with light blue background • School Leaving Certificate • SPM/STPM/O-level/ICGSE/UEC and other examination results.
